Question

Having problems with BSOD, don't know what else to do???

May 29, 2018 2:57AM PDT

So long time I was dealing with these BSODs sometimes they are there sometimes they aren't, somehow I learnt to live with them xD, but lately it's been horrible, so after update on latest windows 10 update but I roll back to previous version 1709, OS Build 16299.461, because it's little easier to work on this version.

(For the record I'm using adobe illustrator, photoshop, xd for work)

From the fixes from google I tried memtest for RAM, sfc /scannow for system, I checked driver updates they are all up to date, not long ago I checked HDD, In my opinion it has to be something with cpu or motherboard but I really don't know

These are the specs and event viewer logs from bsod I put them all together in one folder:

Any help would be appreciated Happy

Thanks

So I was without PC for 2 days, little less, beacuse I had my friend to clean him with compressed air and to change thermal paste, and now I went to minidump and there's nothing, so I guess I'll have to wait for another crash, if it doesn't happen does that mean it was because overheating CPU or....?

Thanks for being nice I will let know you the updates Happy

Just an old PC and will as most do occasionally crash. That is, I don't see a software issue here but let's look at the Speccy.

1. The CPU is very warm for not doing much at 60C. Are you sure the heatsink, fans, and vents are clean? Even if the friend did the work, it's still on the high side of heat. Try it with the cover off.

2. There are a lot of svchost processes and Internet connections. Turn this next thing off to lighten the load: https://www.howtogeek.com/224981/how-to-stop-windows-10-from-uploading-updates-to-other-pcs-over-the-internet/

3. That CPU looks to be over a decade old. As such I'm chalking up an occasional crash to be expected.
