We have three computers, one of them just shut off for no reason and now I can't log back on,the other computers work are fine. I lost my IP address, and It continues to say that my computers cable is not connected, but it is and I put a new one in just to make sure, I've check all my settings and still no luck, any help would be great.
Thanks

No IP

I'm having the same issue. Two computers, one is working fine and the other has no IP. Three weeks with Dell on the phone and their only suggestion is to uninstall the operating system and reinstall. Which I don't want to do unless necessary.

I'm on the working computer now and saw this download. Sadly, the computer with the issue cannot access internet. Is there any other way to get this fix without being online.

You can copy it

to a flash drive or CD and take it to the other computer.
