Question

Having Computer Problems...

Oct 10, 2012 6:24AM PDT

Hi,

I have been having problems with my Dell Latitude E6500 laptop lately. My outlook has been extremely slow, both in MSOffice and online through Sherweb exchange. It takes a long time for it to complete any task. I have also been having internet problems. At first I was having problems with certain sites and things that used Java, so I reset my IE settings and reinstalled Java. Now, many sites do not load correctly, certain buttons do not work, and I cannot log on to some sites.

I thought these problems seemed like a virus, but the scans that I ran did not detect anything. I also tried restoring to a recent restore point, and that seemed to work at first, but when I went to my office the next day and logged on to the server, the problems started again.

I have tried all I can think of, but still do not know what is wrong. Does anyone have any ideas on what my problem might be?

Thanks
