Having a problem with my hp cl j 4500dn

Jan 20, 2005 1:29AM PST

I am curently having problems printing a excel file from my laptop to my networked 4500 printer. It's only happing with excle so far. If I print the same file from the comp that is directly conected to the printer I get it no problems at all.
What is happing is that I have a purchase order that has frames for the "bill to" and "ship to". In these frames I have info like "name, address ect...". When I print from the laptop conected to the network that is sharing the printer it prints some of the text inside of the frames and outside of the frames just not all of it. Of course if I print from the computer that is allowing the printer to be shared ( the one with the the driver installed) it comes out perfect. I figure it's happing because the laptop and desktop are not using the same version of xp.
Please help me if you can.
