cabissi,
I checked our database of information and didn't find anything. So I called Netflix to see if they could give me a general idea of what it might be. They couldn't pinpoint it directly, but said that if you called in (1-866-716-0414, 24/7) they might be able to help you out. The customer service at Netflix, IMO, is great. They're a pretty professional bunch over there.
If that doesn't work, let me know.

I purchased my player, BD-P3600, this weekend and have encountered this strange problem. I am able to connect to the network via wireless and I also tried a wired connection with the same results. Although the unit passes the network test, when it connects to NetFlix it identifies the movies that I have entered into the cue for instant viewing, but here is the problem. All of the movies and shows appear as gray boxes with the words no image available on them. Then when I select one for instant play, after several seconds I get the message that this title is not available for instant viewing. This happens with any title I try it with. I have deactivated the account and reset the machine and the same problem happens. I have absolutely no problem with Pandora. A laptop on the same connection connects to the internet and NetFlix without a problem. I am about out of ideas. Anyone have an idea of why this is happening and even better, how to fix it?
