WOW (yes, all caps), I can't believe the quality and gameplay of MGS4 on the PS3. This game looks amazing. It is by far the best looking and playing game I have ever seen to date.

From what I've seen, yes it's better than COD4. Check out the video at gamespot.com
well you can't really go off of looks for these games because they are not in the same genre.
COD and MGS are very similar genres. They both look great, but MGS4 is just incredible. And I'm talking "in game". WOW! This may be a reason for those on the fence to buy a PS3.
