You might try unplugging a few things like the sound card (why in a moment) and any spare drives like the ODD (optical disc drive) to free up a few Watts.

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I hope this thread is in the right spot. This doesn't seem to be a huge issue because there's an easy workaround, but it is a bit worrysome.
I've had this computer since 2011 and it has always started up without any issue. However, after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I always have to start the computer twice. I press the power button, the lights go on and any USB connected devices light up, on the monitor I see the Windows logo for a split second before the lights on the computer all go off. Then, I press the power button again and everything turns on normally.
I don't know a whole lot about hardware but I know I got this computer at Memory Express, it is a Velocity PC and has American Megatrends for its BIOS. If it's any help the video card is an AMD Radeon HD 5770 Series (it updated when I went to Windows 10) and for audio I am using a Creative SB Audigy 2. The fans aren't blocked by anything and have, in fact, just recently had the dust cleaned out of them.
I should also mention that when I upgraded, the VIA HD Audio Deck VT1708S the computer came with had no Windows 10 compatible drivers, so I disabled it in the BIOS, which is why I'm using that Creative SB Audigy 2 now - I had someone more experienced with taking computers apart put it in for me.
Any ideas? Shutting down works fine but I've never had to press the power button twice before now.
