No, and it's not just unlikely, Microsoft has already announced long ago that SP3 would be the final one. They might do something similar to what they did with Win2K. Right before it went EOL, they released what was effectively SP5 in all but name. It was a rather large "rollup" type patch which included most of the patches that would have gone into SP5 had they not cancelled it. Odds are they will do the same with XP, as a final send off, after which no further updates will ever be released to the general public.
