But I was on a team creating a GPS tracker and these are a dime a dozen. I'm unsure why you picked this one as it's about double the going price.

I have a lot of buddies that are in law enforcement and they speak highly of blackline products for accurate tracking, I wanted to see if anyone else has used blackline products before.

No.

But since the company I worked for did this as a product I got to see dozens (lost count) of such things and you are overpaying for a tracker. Hey, your choice but you could do this for much less.

What is this accuracy you are asking for? Isn't being within 50 feet good enough?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
