Has anyone downloaded the MacHeist 3 Bundle yet?

by isting / March 25, 2009 3:59 AM PDT

I want the Espresso app, but that unlock level hasn't been reached yet. I can't find what level needs to be reached to unlock that app. I guess I just have to buy the bundle and hope that the goal is not too high.

Kinemac, WireTap, and BoinxTV look like cool apps also.

In reply to: Yes.

It's too bad some of the apps require Leopard.

It was a fairly typical Apple release - crashes like anything.

I wouldn't actually choose to remain with it, although I had to for the first few months as some software I use wouldn't work with Leopard.

Leopard is a lot more like Vista - pretty solid.

I bought the bundle and got most of the apps from the missions, and I'm thrilled. It's amazing to be able to get to great apps for $2 or under and at the same time raise money for charity.

Phoneview, Little Snapper, and Picturesque are my favorite so far.

I really want Espresso, but I'm not sure if we will make it to $500,000.

I like CroMag Rally, but I think I need a game controller to get the most out of the game.

... not only is it a fab deal (boinx, Goo and iphonelocktouch whatever it's called are worth the money straight off) but it's a perfect showcase for how to market something in the tech age. It's been a lot of fun to join in with from the heists into the bundle and the only misstep they've made seems to have been the launch show which looked so good on paper......

((although a couple of apps might have been bettered maybe: Pixelmator is better than Acorn imo, Sound studio as I understand it is better than Wiretap but haven't really had the chance to play with both yet. In comparison I bought the macbundle box because I wanted Magnet an have barely looked at the deal since.))

Anyhow: last day. Well worth it. If you haven't already you really should. And would be nice to get to $500k for charity (although I've no interest in Expresso or the hit list myself but would finish it off nicely.)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
