Has 128 MB Ram, only showing 127 in General of System in

Control Panel.

I look under Device Manager as suggested and there aren't any ? or ! symbols on any devices. I can't find what could be holding up the 1 MB of memory in the system. I'm concerned because I need 128 MB to load AOL 9.0 on Mom's computer. IT won't load currently and that is the only thing that is wrong. I'm looking to add an additional 128 MB of RAM to computer so it's up to speed, but I don't want to do anything until I can figure out why the 1 MB is being held. OR, should I not worry and just do it?

Also, can anyone think of any other reason why 9.0 would not load? All requirements are met with the exception of the 128 MB being 127 MB. It does say 128 MB using belarc software. Her OS in 98SE.

Thanks in advance!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
