Suggestions:
- Contact the shop/provider where you bought it and complain.
- Contact Samsung customer support in your country
If it runs on other phones of the same type it can be a warranty issue (if you still have warranty).

Answer: Master reset your phone
Feb 12, 2015 7:53PM PST

Hi Haroon Mahmood,

I would suggest you to first clear your cache partition instead of resetting your phone. Because resetting your phone will delete all your data. And if still you are facing the same problem then go to master resetting option.
But remember that before resetting your phone take backup of all your data.

Thanks,

Go to the shop where you bought your phone, see if it's under warranty and have them troubleshoot for you or try to check/register to http://forum.xda-developers.com, there's also lots of good stuff that you can find there to address your concern.

First power off your phone.
Then press and hold together 3 keys: Volume Up + Home button + Power button.
When you see logo Samsung, then release all holded keys
Next select option "wipe data/factory reset" -> use Volume buttons to browse, and Power button to confirm option.
Now choose "yes" with Volume Down, and confirm with Power button.
After that press Power button, to confirm option: "reboot"
