Hardware logging

Hi,

I have qustion about hardware logging. I work in school and sometimes there are RAM missing in computers. Problem is that i can not see when was ram taken out. Is there some software to log hardware changes? So that i wiil be able to see example that in 28.10.2015 at 14.33 was ram change from 16gb to 8gb.
