Hardware Components For a Homemade Desktop Computer

If I was going to make a desktop computer, would these hardware parts work well together, and price efficiently?

Complete novice when it comes to these things, so help is greatly appreciated.

Would you recommend that I should replace any parts?

Anything else I should know before I start?

I'm aiming for a price range altogether of about 850$ max (preferably below)
