hard time installing my OS

I just assembled a computer for my kids. After having a lot of problems with powering up it got it running, thanks to all who contributed!

Formatted my hard drive ufortunately with MaxBlast (200GB becomes only 137GB). When I boot the computer to start my OS installation, it says NTLDR missing. Downloaded delpart.exe to remedy the problem but could not get it running.

To get around, I downloaded the setup bootdisk for Win XP Pro but when I boot from it an error message appears saying BIOSINFO.INF coul not be loaded.

Help! I don't know how to get through this!
