In short, skip down to the erase cycles. It pales compared to the hard disk and we still have the price per GB issue.
While it will shine in Vista as a way to boot a wee bit faster that will be space that is not rewritten often.

I'm new to the storage industry and was hoping to get some commentary on the differences b/w the two technologies, as far as applications, and which one will be more dominant in the future. Examples of applications would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
