I can't tell if your model has such an option. There are many 32GB laptops that are just for browsing and not much else with no expansion possible. To upgrade these to a new W10 requires the maker to tell how.
I have a refurbished Lenovo for over a year. So far so good. Now I cannot update my version of Win 10, which is 10240 to 16299 because I dont have enough space o my hard drive. Drive C says i have used 26.1 out of 28.8 gb. I need 8 more, and then some to update. I have Maxone external hard drive, but microsoft says that won't help becaue all of the update has to be directly to the hard drive. They recommended I get at lest a 500 GB hard drive or better yet a 120GB hard drive.
i think it may be cheaper just to buy a new laptop????
Other problem is that I got a free Norton Anti Virus and installed it, but now I can;t get rid of the old AVG that I have.
Can someone help?
