Hard Drive MP3 Players with Armbands

Sep 30, 2004 3:20AM PDT

I currently have a flash drive iriver player with an arm band case. Its great for the gym and that's where I mostly use my MP3 player. I am looking to buy a hard drive MP3 player with an arm band and the only one I see is the ipod mini. Any other ones out there that I am not aware of? The Rio Carbon looks great but it doesn't look like an arm band is available for it.

Thanks!

Hard Drive MP3 Players with Armbands
Jan 6, 2005 8:29AM PST

I just bought a Rio Carbon and a Body Glove 75547 MP3 Arm Band (both from Future Shop). The combination seems to work well. I went for a hard run yesterday with no skipping. I am used to wearing my Creative Nomade IIc clipped to my waste. I think that the armband is a better solution, as many times my Nomade would fall off and get smashed against the pavement (although I could never seem to destoy the thing Happy).

Hope this helps,

David

I have your solution

I also upgraded from a flash mp3 to a HD MP3. I struggled to find an armband that would fit it, as many of them are only for Ipods. I found this one and bought two (I sweat a lot) http://mp3armbandsuppliers.com/

The thing I liked about it was that it is universal, my wife takes it from me for her Ipod nano, and it holds my MP3 securely.

I had a few friends in the same situation so I set up this site, and yes I do earn a very small affiliate commission when someone buys it.

Hope this helps

Cheers

Not to rain on your parade, but do ya think that the original poster might have possibly come up with solution on his or her own by now?
