hard drive cage problem - help!

Iam installing a new Hard drive in my "HP Pavilion 523n" and the drive cage which holds the hard drive and floppy, is a cage which
"swings out" (tab type cage). I couldn't get the cables loose ,so I pulled the cage all the way out. Now, I cannot get the cage back in.I took the hard drive back out again and floppy out to try to slide the cage back onto its tracks, but there just Isn't enough room to get an angle on the cage. Please, please help. Whats another way to do this.
Thanks ever so much. Pajemar

You should be able to find instructions on how to dismantle the case for this sort of thing if you're persistent enough. If it came out, it can go back in, it's just a matter of figuring out how it was meant to go in.
