Hard Disk Trouble

Apr 17, 2005 3:55AM PDT

Okay so here's what happened. I recieved my dad's computer since he got a new one and it worked perfectly. Only thing was I needed a new video card so I went out and bought one. After installing it I would recieve this message everytime I booted up. It said:

primary disk drive 1 not found
secondary disk drive 1 not found

I thought nothing of this message since my computer booted up anyway if I pressed F1. Well My computer got infected with a bunch of viruses and spyware and it got to a point where I knew I needed to reformat my hard drive. So I did but now when I press F1 at that error message I get:

NTLDR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

I have no clue whatsoever on how to fix this. If anyone can help me please do so. Oh and the computer is a Dell Dimension 4500s if that helps.
