Happy Pi Day every one!

by RTourn / March 14, 2007 6:44 AM PDT

I was sitting in math class when randomly my teacher said ?Oh my God it?s Pie Day!? And of course I thought to my self ?No Pie Day was like a few months ago.? It turns out March 14, or 3.14 is Pi. So today is Pi Day.

Personally speaking...

I prefer Mole Day myself, because 6.02x10^23 is so much better than 3.14xxxxxx.

P.S. I'm really not as nerdy as I post. Lmao

Please observe Pi day properly!
by electronista / March 14, 2007 7:17 AM PDT

Hopefully people have (or will, on the West coast) celebrate properly, cheering at precisely 3:14.159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510...

Of course, if you observe a 24-hour clock, you probably missed your chance while you were sleeping.

And for the true geek factor: I'm writing this while listening to part of the Pi film soundtrack.
