Handwriting fonts in Microsoft word

I see some Microsoft word documents have what looks like handwriting, scattered throughout the document. How is it accomplished? Do they use a special font, like a handwriting font? If so, where are these available?

These are available with MS Word, depending on versions, e.g.
Bradley Hand ITC; Lucidia Calligraphy; Lucidia Handwriting; Fine Hand; the "script" sreies, etc.

Are you referring to "One Note" or "Windows Journal" ? Try to google for them !
