HALP !!!!!

by jorgefox / September 13, 2007 9:14 AM PDT

Ok so here's my problem: my laptop which runs on windows xp is having what maybe a virus related problem. Every time i try to open a file or program I get the following message "Windows cannot access the specified device path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." I'm not able to open any program on my PC. I've tried rebooting but I get the same problem. Any ideas ???

uncheck everything you don't recognize in the Startup tab and google it to see if it's something bad.
