While there are secure computing solutions what would you say about internet denial of service attacks that cut the communication of the secure computer to the web?

That is, the computer was not compromised but it now can't do what it was designed to do.

You'll have to refine your question.

For example, the game consoles are essentially secure computing platforms. They tend to be unhacked from the web due to the closed ecosystem.
