H320 Discontinued?

I was looking to return my iHP 120 at Best Buy since it broke, but all the Best Buys near my home are sold out and said they were on clearance. Didn't they just come out? Are they being discontinued?

Yes...that's why I think Best Buy is full of it. But now I have no other option but to get something, although I am a loyal iRiver customer.
