That "Local Drive D" is unusual. What I see on my Vista system is;
Local Disk (C: )
Volume (D: )
Volume (E: ).
I've renamed both Volume's D and E but that is just window dressing, my way of keeping track of drives.
Vista is installed on "Local Disk (C: ). Can you confirm which drive Vista is installed on your system?
Also, what files did you transfer from D to C?
And finally, using "Computer", (what used to be called "My Computer" on pre-Vista systems), tell us the sizes of these disks and how much free space there is.

my pc is HP, a quad core amd windows vista SP2 250bg hard drive 6gb memory, its a good pc, but it started acting up. As of today I restarted it because my Local Drive D: was full, so I moved files to my C drive. My D drive is still showing its still full for I don't know what reason. Then I did a disk check, found no errors in any sector, then I restarted it, and now my taskbar, it will not let me click on it for no reason. I click on my internet tab and it makes that noise that bascially means you cannot do that yet. That noise comes every time you click any tab on the bottom, both on your windows button and your small shortcuts on the bottom right. Any help would be greatly appreaciated! thnx.
