You went from a 73W to a 95W CPU.

That could uncover issues in both cooling and an old motherboard. For now I take it you did the BIOS update and a clean install of the OS and drivers.

If not, tell when you can get to that before we get into hardware areas.

I did a clean install

I did a clean install of drivers , but people said if u dont update the bios and get the new cpu it will not boot up , and i tried it without update the bios and it works fine , but as i said , it restarts randomly i.dont.know why and my 8 gb ram is now 4 gb

Then not what I would do.

As to the missing ram, BIOS fixes stuff like that unless the ram is incompatible.

Seem's kinna corney to me

Are the Ram sticks a matched set or did you mix different sticks of RAM ?
Your'e really being very vague here.
We don't know about what types of HDD or SDD , the exact PSU or even the OS.
Maybe tell us the exact PSU and post a Speccy

Sorry for bad info about.my pc

Psu thermaltake 550 lite power , using windows 7 64 bit
The ram is different from the other slot , its samsung, other micron , i dont if it is a big deal , but the question is why my pc restart randomly

There are many causes.

Mixed ram is never a good idea but the symptoms are in line with heat and motherboard power issues. To test this I use the old case cover off and point a fan at it test.

As to the BIOS, I already wrote "not my way."

Restart
Apr 18, 2018 6:10PM PDT

Go back to the original ram config.
Just to narrow it down a little.
Does it still restart?

Don't get snippy

some of the answers can be mixed RAM , PSU , I don't expect you can answer about new thermal paste with this CPU , is it new or used ?
Again , you are very vague

Cpu is new not used and thermale paste too

Its really complicated , i remove the old 4 gb ram , and put the new 4 gb of ram , now pc doesnt restart , it goes normal , but when i put the 4 gb , the pc start restarting it self , i think its the problem goes with ram , ram is samsung 4 2 slot , and the other isnt samsung , is that the problem? Ok will lets see now , everything installed correctly , with 4 gb ram , and the other upgraded that i mentioned , now i went to play gta 5 , and the game run very slow , very laggy , actually its really weired

- Collapse -
Again , lots of things can cause this lag

Win7 , different Anti Viruses could be troublesome as well .
Again, I'll ask you to post a Speccy to eliminate some issues.

A perfect example of why we don't mix RAM.
Apr 19, 2018 7:45AM PDT

As to laggy the single stick dings you not only on low RAM but impacts the transfer rate of the RAM to CPU. This is known as DUAL or SINGLE CHANNEL which is widely documented so I'll pause here.

I think you are very close to done here. What I do encounter are folk that disbelieve the issues of mixing RAM. Now you know.

Thank you guys for all the replies.

You were right guys , a mix ram cause pc to restart and now everything works fine , i change my ram for the same ram stick and it works fine now thank you all

Glad to see this.

While mixing can work, when you see the troubles above, it's the time it didn't.

Mixed RAM when it works, well, can still lead to hard to explain failures. While painful, you learned this lesson first hand.
