And all this time I thought that "gun control" meant being able to hit your target.

A would-be robber -- who police said accidentally dropped his handgun into the lap of a 69-year-old woman he intended to mug -- was booked into jail Friday, about a month after the bumbled hold-up was reported.
Port Orange police arrested 25-year-old Raymond Shepard.
Police say Shepard and an accomplice followed 69-year-old Carol Costello to her car July 9 as she left the Walmart on Beville Road in Daytona Beach. The accomplice blocked Costello's car with a black Chevrolet Impala while Shepard leaped onto her hood and banged on her windshield with his gun, investigators said.
He eventually broke a hole in the glass, police said, and his gun fell through it.
Costello picked up the weapon and pointed it back at him, police said, and when he bolted he dropped his cell phone.
