Hopper is from one company and Samsung may not chase down duplicates or issues integrating these 2 things.
If there was an issue with one thing that's one thing but here I read you have 2 things and want it to work well.

We have a Samsung Smart TV UN65HU7250FXZA and use the Dish Hopper. We can get the guide via our Dish remote, and can get a partial guide using the Samsung remote...but we have duplicate channels showing and lots of channels so "No information". I've checked the date and time on the TV and it is set correctly. I've done a reset of both the Hopper and the TV. Any ideas for resolving this issue?
