msoucy,
Broderbund is a well known software company (Printmaster, PrintShop, etc.) although a quick check of the Guarian Security Suite shows it to be a relatively new product. (At this point, I can't find any reviews of the product.) Here is a link about the "Suite" that you have mentioned. (Sorry, I haven't ever used it.)

Just my personal opinion now. I don't like to install the "Suite" types of packages. They normally install a large number of programs, some of which you won't like, and they use up a great deal of resources. Instead, I pick and choose each program carefully. I use an antivirus of one type, a firewall of a different type, etc. AND, I frequently install a different type of program on different computers depending on their processor speed, internet connection type, amount of RAM installed, and sometimes because the configuration just doesn't work well with a particular type of program. I've seen too many situations with the large package of programs didn't perform well so I choose one program at a time.
Hope this helps.

Has anyone heard of the Guardian Security Suite by Broderbund software? Is anyone using this software? I saw this title in my local Sam's club, and I was wondering if it was worth trying. I'm currently using NAV 2002 which came free with my motherboard but, I'm not really happy with Symantec. I'll be in the market for something different when my subscription runs out.
