I found a good deal on a second hand gtx 1080ti GALAX
do you think its a good idea?
will i be able to run 144hz 2k games?

HDD: WD 7200RPM 1TB
GPU:GTX 1060 MINI 6GB
PSU: FSP HYN 550W Active PFC 80%
Chassis: Antec P6 Tempered Glass Micro-ATX
OS: Win 10 64 bit
I want to play at 2k 144hz
btw im from israel a new 1080ti costs here around: 1,034 dollars
while second hand costs 600 dollars
he used it for 8 months and still has 2 years insurance on it
