Mobo: MSI B250 Mortar
CPU: Core i7-7700 3.6ghz
PSU: CX650m 80+ Bronze Modular
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2 DDR4 8gb 2400mhz
Case: CoolerMaster MasterCase Pro 5

Should work

You have a large enough case and psu.

The mobo has a pcie x16 slot.

That ram should be a matched pair of sticks in the proper slots for dual channel.

Thanks but what about sagging issue, I'm also considering the weight of the GPU coz base on the looks I think it's kinda heavy.

It's held in place by the slot and 2 screws at the mounting bracket.

If your concerned shop for a smaller 1060.

As noted.

It has mounting to deal with the size and weight of the card. HOWEVER I did encounter a client that would use a straightedge ruler to show me that most cards and boards are "junk" because they were not flat or "true." For them I would charge accordingly to add a few more plastic mounting blocks (hello 3D printer) and make it perfect. No one else thought a micron here or two mattered.
