GTX 1060 6gb and i5-5250u Thunderbolt 2

Will an i5-5250u bottleneck a Zotac GTX 1060 6gb Mini over Thunderbolt 2? If so will at least play games such as Overwatch, League of legends, Vampyr and Fortnite at 60 fps medium settings?

Why that cpu? Answer

It’s because I just wanna upgrade my iMac’s gpu without having to spend a lot of money, besides, i overall love the way the iMac looks, it’s just that Apple charges you so much for it. So it should be fine gaming on the 1060?

The Imac's I'm looking at are AIO's.
What makes you think you can upgrade the graphics?

How does thunderbolt 2 come into this picture?

My bet is they want to try

In reply to: Imac

Some external PCIe adapter via Thunderbolt.

Are to the question, Thunderbolt 2 has max throughput of 20 Gbps. That's bits per second.
PCIe 2.0 is 0.5 megabytes per second or about 5 Gbps.

In theory it should be fine but you have to try it to see if it will game well enough for you.
