GTA 5 Crashing Help

When I play GTA 5, after about 5 minutes of being in-game the game always crashes. It says "your computer is low on memory", but I have 8GB of RAM. Why is this happening and how can I fix this?

up for the game? Without knowing anything about the computer you're gonna get pretty generic answers...
Cleaned out the box and applied new thermal paste ?
