Group Policy Client failed the logon - Access is denied

When I treid to logon to my laptop with Vista Ultimate after a power down I got (and keep getting "The Group Policy Client failed the logon
Access is denied." Can somebody tell me how to get around this. All logon on this machine get the same message and I have no access to the computer.

I had searcned this previously but took longer look and the last item on page 1 seems to be the way to get around the problem. It gived you a bootable CD to start the system and tools to correct the problem. I'll let you know how it works when I get it.
