Question

Groove

Sep 17, 2018 5:19AM PDT

My computer is a Dell Laptop Latitude E5440 Win10

When this started I deleted Groove in Win10 Powder shell.
Tried to reset Groove
I have an exterior DVD drive a Dell DW316 . Not blue ray.

Error1-- Blue-ray Media Player Codec
The other error I got said that blue-ray was the error and media player needed a codec.
And now even with Win Media Player I can't get a play list on it. Error2—when I try to start a play list. I get this error-- Windows Media Player encountered a problem while creating or saving the playlist.
I did a sys. image restore. I got an error that the blue-ray drivers were missing.
What and where do I get those drivers or how to fix it?
