GreenDot MoneyPak Problem

I see my first post didn't turn out in a readable form. I don't know how to delete it - sorry to post again:
Since Dec. 31 I have been trying to use a MoneyPak card to deposit funds to PayPal. I get a message that they are having technical difficulties & to try in one hour. Numerous tries, numerous phone calls - no help.
They say they have notified their IT department. PayPal says this is a ligit company.
Has anyone out there run into this problem? How did you resolve it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
