Great my iphone failed.......

I got it on the day of release and the touch screen died...This is not good...Has anyone else had theirs fail? Who should I send it to?

Only one real solution here

Talk to Apple -- preferably, bring your iPhone into a local Apple store. If they have any supplies and it's clear the break wasn't deliberate, they should give you a replacement.

Calling Apple on the phone will help if you're not close to a shop, but it'll take longer to get a replacement.

Apple is really good for customer support, generally. Like the other guy said, if the Apple store dosen't help you, just call or write to Apple. I've never had any issues with products still under warentee with them.

I find this hard to believe

considering that you have a concurrent thread in the cellphone forum regarding a "critical flaw" on the iPhone (that it only uses one speaker for audio, which is neither a flaw nor critical). and in the middle of the conversation in that thread you start this one (in a different forum, not the cellphone forum) about total failure of your iPhone.

Every one of your posts (the only three that are listed) are about terrible iPhone problems. but your profile says you have about 27 posts. where are they? have they been deleted because you keep making stuff like this up?
