It allows you to pool all your gift cards together, manage them online, swap cards with other users, and it even pays interest on your total balance as a sign-up incentive. This is a brilliant idea, but the article also touched briefly on fraud issues with gift cards (ebay has a 30% fraud rate on gift card sales). Of course, Leverage says it's services are safe, but what should I look for on a site like this that tells me it is secure?
