Question

Graphics display setting

I know how to adjust screen size and colors etc. The problem is the scroll bar on the right of screen. A friend said that they can't see it. The color is too light. Is there a way of just increasing the shade on the scroll bar. She has a windows 10, not sure of the make of her computer though (sorry). Any help would be appreciated.

Go to "control panel" then "personalization" then "high contrast"...but prepare for a shock. Very INTERESTING LOOK. On the black and white, the shading of the bar is replace with 3 dashes. Have fun!

Thank you for telling me not to try this. I would just have to fix that too. I believe there is a possibility that she enlarged her screen and lost the scroll bar all together. I will ask her to check this. Without seeing it myself it is hard to tell what is going on.

So there's no bar at all?

You don't see any up and down arrow? What application is this, browser?

I just learn this,

the contents must be larger than being display or the scrollbar will not appear. An alternative might be to get a mouse with scroll wheel. Not expensive and very handy.

Thank you both
