Graphics card with several ports

by NYVidAudio / June 1, 2015 6:11 AM PDT

Are there any good video graphics cards that have ports for HDMI, DVI, and VGA?

Is there any one of these that has become the most universally used?

Thanks.
NYV.

Why would you want "universally used"?

Why I ask is that most folk need a card to work with what they have.

Just curious...

I want to use whatever is most commonly used now. Just curious if VGA is being fadede out in favor of the others. Is there any difference between them?

Either way, I would like to keep the VGA option available. Currently I see no need to have two screens connected at once, but I would like to use VGA on occasion.

Thanks again.

We'll have to exclude laptops

Which have their own internal connection so a nod to HDMI as what I connect with most of the time. I haven't used a VGA cable in the past year.

My son just picked up a nice Nvidia 970 GTX 4GB video card. Very capable.
