Graphical and textures glitched at WoW start up and other ga

Graphical and textures glitched at World of Warcraft start up and other games. Unplayable

Unable to get past log in screen. (First time issue occurred)
----------------------

Hello,

This is extremely frustrating me. I was able to play World of Warcraft perfectly before but now I can't even get past the log-in screen. When I start WoW, I am stuck at a black screen, with only the gauntlet cursor and sound.

If I wait longer, log-in screen is all glitched up, like this for example: http://img297.imageshack.us/i/11111111111111111111111o.png/
It freezes every two seconds and is unnavigable, I have to force quit.

# I tried everything, so far I have:
Attempted to run WoW in OpenGL mode
Attempted to run WoW in Windows mode
Deleted my ***, Cache and Interface folders
Scanned my computer for viruses
Updated my Video Cards

I also tried other Steam games, same issue and and symptoms! Extremely glitch, unable to get past the main menu. This is not a WoW related issue since other games share the same problem.

This never happened before but today. Any help?

Thanks
