Question

Graphic Problems in OSX El Capitan with iMac 27"

by cvietta / December 9, 2015 5:25 AM PST

Hi, I suddenly have strange Graphic problems with my iMac. During working it started all of a sudden to display all system panels scrambled or black. System panels in the finder but as welll the dock and system bar. The problem kept staying after restart and logging in as new user. When I start in "safe mode" everything is displayed fine. I once booted regulary and the problem was gone just to reappear after a few minutes. I think this indicates that is rather a software thing.
HELP, I don't know what to do here..is there a solution despite installing everything new?

I managed to change the resolution now. In the normal mode with the graphic glitches the display turnes black. In the safe mode it perfectly changes the resolution and back...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
