In XP, the graphics card will show in "Display Devices". Is anything there? Otherwise a generic driver will load and you will have limited ability to optimize your monitors image. The yellow question mark can be for any detected device unknown to the XP. If the hardware device came with the Dell computer, a driver should be included among the included disk. You can search through these (if you have them) and put them in the drive, click on the questionable item and ask it to update the driver by searching the disk. If no go, I will take a wild guess that the MB uses the Intel Extreme Graphics controller and you might be able to download this from the Dell or Intel site. Good luck.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
