Graphic Conerter 5.9.5 with iMac Tiger 10.4.9

Jun 2, 2007 5:00AM PDT

I am doing batch conversion of jpg's to tiff and the metadata (camera and settings) is not be converted to the tiff files. I am a new user of the software so I figure it must be user error. However I thought I had set up the tiff options correctly having stumbled into the screen and now I can't bet back to it muchless determine if the metadata I want to preserve, will actual convert into the tiff.

Assistance, please?

Metadata

OK,
I see the section in the user guide that refers to metadata, and the saving of it, and it indicates that IPTC, EXIF, XMP, ICC & other comments should all have a check mark in their respective boxes.
Assuming that you have done that and are still losing the stuff, contact the author who will be glad to help you

Seems the 5.9 version doesn't handle ALL metadata wit iMac at the moment.
I was directed to download the beta of 6.0 which does convert the meta date with no stripping as it was doing in the other version.
Thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate your suggestion.
