you definitely have a short on one of your main wirings. the bad news, is that if your not a technician with good tools is very hard to find where is the short unless it was caused after a collision and you can check the area because is open. my advise take your cherokee to an electrical shop, bebore it burns something more than fuses, and becomes a very expensive problem. chryslers have not exactly the best electrical systems. i owned 4 chryslers and i always had electrical problems on them.
