Now I do recall inertial guidance systems but these were never used outside of ships, planes and much else. The systems were very complex, ran into the millions to create so I doubt there is open source. Let's find out?

Back to the OP. Since GPS integration is system specific and rarely a PC but a single board computer finding the "executable" is unlikely.
