Google Toolbar

I installed the Google toolbar, but I can only get it to pop up once. When I open another internet window, the Google toolbar option disappears and I have to reinstall it. Help PLEASE!

View > Toobars > left click Google so that a check mark is placed beside it. Take in to account that IE sometimes creates a blank space on the menu rather than the name Google, but place the check mark there anyway.
