Google search enging keeps on changing???

I have been observing this for the past couple days that google search engine is changing in appearence...

Why is this happening ??? Is my ISP being compromised ??

Am a newbie in the internet, hence a word of advice will be useful...

changing in appearance ? Do you mean the Google home page? It changes all the time .
