Google Responsive

My website has responsive but Google gives an error. Please responsive your site. I also checked the website in different browsers and devices. This is my website: - http://www.cirkleinc.com

- What part of google exactly gives what message exactly? I don't think it's Google Maps or Google Earth.
- Indeed, a responsive website ranks higher than a non-responsive one, so it's nice - from a SEO point of view - to have Google recognise it as responsive, if it is. But it's not an error, just a hint.
- Do you happen to know how Google determines it?
